That was Jesus' one and only plan - that His word and commandments, would be preached to all the world according to the testimony of the Apostles, Paul included. We simply have no other source of Jesus' commandments.

Paul said- Rom 2:16 "...God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

Rom 16:25 "Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,"

1Ti 1:11 "According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust."

But PAUL said-

Gal 1:11 "...I *certify* you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. 12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ."

Of which Jesus, the LORD did testify, as it is written-

Act 9:15 "But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he (Paul) is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake."

Act 22:13 Ananias "Came unto me, and stood, and said unto me, Brother Saul, receive thy sight. And the same hour I looked up upon him. 14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth. 15 For thou shalt be His witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard. 16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord... 21 And he said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee far hence unto the Gentiles."

Peter also told and testified, bearing witness to us of just how to consider Paul's writing. That is- as equal with the rest of the scriptures-

2Pe 3:15 "And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do **also** the **other** scriptures, unto their own destruction."

1Co 14:37 "If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord."

Joh 14:15 "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

1Jo 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked."

So go ahead and continue to tickle men's ears with false lies and promises. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord, and preach His Word!

2Ti 4:1 "I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2 Preach the Word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables."

1Co 14:37 "If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I (Paul the Apostle) write unto you are the commandments (injunction, a command, a directive, or an order, i.e. an authoritative prescription) of the Lord."

Not the suggestions (A psychological process by which an idea is induced in or adopted by another without argument, command, or coercion), they are the *commandments* of the Lord...

Luk 6:46 "And why call ye me (Jesus), LORD, LORD, and do not the things which I say? 47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: 48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. 49 But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

Joh 14:23 "Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24 He that loveth me not keepth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me."

1Jo 5:2 "By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous."
